In the unlikely event that you don’t see results, simply return your handset and we’ll give you 100% of your money back in the form of a voucher.

To claim our Refund Guarantee:

  1. The Refund Guarantee is valid on the Softer Me Pro handset.
  2. Trial our handset for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.
  3. You must complete at least 6 treatments, and take a photo and or videos of the area/s you are treating before each one.
  4. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at info@softerme.co.uk with your order number, and we will review your submission to us. 
  5. Any 90-day Refund Guarantee applications must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
  6. All of these image should have valid time and date stamps.
  7. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded by our returns department.
  8. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order). This will take place, once the handset has been returned to us.

The biggest factor for treatment successfully is simply using it consistently, as advised in our handbook, and for the recommended period of time.

For those who are not consistent with their treatments as recommended, results will reflect this. We are not able to control how often you use your handset or how it is used.

Please ensure that our user guide is read in detail and understood. If the IPL handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.

We advise to return the handset via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Please allow up to 2 business days for the return to be processed, once the returned device has been received at our end.

Return postage costs will not be refunded. Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our returns / customer care team) is the responsibility of the customer.
